You'll monitor system health, address alerts, and collaborate with security engineers, IT, third party vendors, and others to optimize deployments. Tasks include fine-tuning automation scripts, testing new capabilities, and analyzing logs for potential issues. You'll work closely with environment owners to prioritize features and plan deployments. Your customers are Amazon's business units and subsidiaries, whose data you protect. Key challenges involve maintaining system performance at scale, minimizing impact related to changes and deployments, and swiftly responding to issues within our supported infrastructure.
