All Starkey Retail positions are covered under Northland Hearing Centers, Inc.'s benefit and compensation programs.We are looking for an Audiologist Or Hearing Instrument Specialist that will be responsible for providing a quality Patient Journey Experience. The target rate for a Au.D in this position is between $63,000 - 68,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include: geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is eligible for monthly uncapped commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.Benefits: The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401 (k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, and 6 paid holidays annually.
