Hi,Hope you are doing wellI have a requirement below. let me know if you have any candidate for this position.Title - SDETLocation - McLean , VA (Onsite)Client - Capital OneType - W2/Fulltime/1099Job Description:Qualifications:• Experience:o 5+ years of experience in software development or test automation roles, with a proven abilityto build and maintain test automation frameworks.o Hands-on experience with modern test automation tools for UI, API, and performance testing(e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Rest Assured, JMeter).o Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation within build processes.o Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservicesarchitecture is a plus.• Technical Skills:o Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar) andsolid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.o Expertise in creating, executing, and maintaining automated test suites for complex applications.o Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including TDD, BDD, and continuous testing.o Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and modern software development practices.• Soft Skills:o Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.o A collaborative mindset with a focus on helping teams achieve their goals while maintaininghigh-quality standards.o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.o A passion for mentoring and enabling teams to adopt and excel in best practices.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience with performance and scalability testing.• Previous experience driving quality initiatives across distributed teams.• Experience working with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
