The PM will factor in all inputs to derive a recommended approach based on factors including prioritization and subject matter expertise, technical and business information, risk management, and industry best practices.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDemonstrated Project Management experience in an Agile environment\nExperience with software requirements tools and tracking\nExperience working and leading an Agile Program with multiple work streams /components.\nExperience defining solutions that cross business and technical boundaries.\nExperience monitoring program execution to identify obstacles and deviations from plan and takes corrective action as needed\nExperience conducting continuous risk assessment and management including developing measures to reduce risk in program execution\nExperience with contract management, budgeting, and resource allocation, including management of subcontractor personnel\nExperience with all aspects of configuration management planning including configuration identification, change control, configuration status accounting, configuration audits, configuration documentation\nPrefer experience and understanding of U.S. Department of State (DOS) IT environments, processes, and agile development methodologies as well as working within the DOS Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC)\nManage a team of resources across the various projects on the program.\nCommunicate with stakeholders and customers who are involved with projects on the program\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nRequired Experience/Skills:\nMinimum Years of Overall Experience: Twelve (12) or more years of relevant experience in an Enterprise IT environment leading major systems support and integration efforts across a mixed platform\nMinimum Years of Specific Experience in Field: 5 or more years of relevant experience working in Federal Government\nStrong and effective verbal and communications skills\nExceptional leadership and organizational skills\nRequired Education:\nShall have, at a minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management or Engineering, or other comparable degree or experience\n\nRequired Certification(s) (at least 1 required):\nAn active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification\nITIL v3 or higher\n\nPreferred Certification(s):\nScrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP)\nAgile or Professional Coaching certification\n\nSalary and Benefit Information:\nThe likely salary range for this position is $133,000- $175,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
