You’ll play a key role in high-visibility projects and work closely with teams across the entire organization to bring great ideas to life.RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform post-onboarding analysis Provide regular updates to stakeholders on analysisExtract and manipulate data in Excel Identify gaps in workflows to improve efficiencyMaintain and update project tracking within task management tools to monitor progressPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with strategic prioritiesThis is a 18-month contract position with potential for extension or transition into a permanent role based in Atlanta. High-performing individuals may have the opportunity to pursue other roles within the team or broader organization after the contract ends. REQUIRED SKILLS:1–3 years of experience in Data Analysis (Internship experience welcome!)Experience with process improvementIntermediate Excel skills for organizing, sorting, and managing data setsBase SQL skills - ability to write basic queries to extract data Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiativeStrong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlinesComfortable providing concise updates to cross-functional teamsHighly detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsBachelor’s degree requiredMust be authorized to work in the U.S./Sponsorships are not available
