Assures customer satisfaction.\r\nRequired Skills/Abilities\r\nNICET and factory certifications a plus, but not required.\r\nInstallation experience and prior construction experience\r\nDiagnosis and troubleshooting skills of commercial low voltage systems.\r\nMust have a positive and respectful attitude to maintain good working relationships with management staff, employees, vendors and customers.\r\nEducation and Experience\r\nField electrical and/or electronic practical experience required.\r\nElectronic or Electrical technical/ trade school school or equivalent supplemented with 3-5 years of related industry experience.\r\nBasic computer literacy and system specific training required.\r\nValid driver's license.\r\nAble to obtain Maryland and possibly Virginia security technician license as required.
