They will be accountable for establishing best practices and refining processes that support customer care objectives and overall sales margins.Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Support Representative:Contacting and engaging consumers from provided lead lists from clients, eventually progressing to developing new business and maintaining current relationshipsAnswer questions regarding order status, payment, product, promotions, technical problems related to the customer experienceDisplays active listening skills, perceives emotional awareness under challenging situations, and empathizes with customers to enhance an overall positive experienceGain product and service knowledge by attending client meetings related to technology, sales promotions, and products updatesDeveloping strong leadership and interpersonal skillsDriving sales through promotional campaignsWhat We Are Looking ForBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or similar concentrationsA consistent overachiever with a drive for perfection Must be able to work full-time hours and have weekend availabilityAble to travel at least 1 or 2 weeks outside of the home branch for learning and networking purposesPatience, empathy, and passion for peopleConfidence and public speaking skillsPowered by JazzHR
