Manage vendors, venues, budgets, and timelines\r\nCreate programs that shape culture\r\nDevelop and run internal programs that strengthen connection and community including but not limited to onboarding, rotational programs, speaker series, and wellness perks\r\nGather feedback on employee experience through 1:1 conversations, quick polls, and periodic surveys\r\nPartner with an employee committee to turn insights into thoughtful improvements across the company\r\nOwn the swag and merchandise program\r\nManage company swag, merchandise design, and inventory\r\nCoordinate seasonal drops, new hire kits, and special releases\r\nMaintain inventory systems and manage ordering, storage, and distribution\r\nMake the details work\r\nTrack budgets and event spend\r\nCoordinate vendors and logistics across multiple events and initiatives\r\nHelp continuously improve how we run events and programs as the company grows\r\nWe'd Love To Meet Someone WhoHas 3-6 years of experience planning events, programs, or community initiatives\r\nIs both creative and operationally strongable to dream up ideas and execute them well\r\nLoves bringing people together and creating meaningful shared experiences\r\nHas excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail\r\nIs comfortable managing multiple projects and shifting priorities\r\nEnjoys working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment\r\nWhy This Role MattersCulture doesn't happen by accident.
