IT Asset Lifecyle Coordinator

IT Asset Lifecyle Coordinator Location: Washington, DC On-site (Capitol Hill) M-F – On Site Long term Temporary (24 months base period of performance with 4 option years). Potential to go perm. Compensation: $25.96/hr. + $5.09/hr. Health & Welfare = $31.04/hr. Some Sat and Sunday hours may be required in December Business casual (company shirt provided) Basic Qualifications:Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background check.Excellent customer service / ability to work with high profile customersStrong English oral and written communication skillsAbility to multi-task, in a high passed environmentEntry level knowledge of Microsoft ExcelHigh school diploma with 2 years customer service experience and competency using Microsoft Office Suite.Must be able to assist with the movement or lifting of small items up to 40 lbs., if required.Experience using an automated financial system such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or Deltek a plus.Perform daily asset lifecycle transactions in automated financial system.Complete inventory reconciliations in accordance with department inventory desktop procedures.Demonstrate proficiency in communicating asset information with Member offices and external agencies to facilitate accurate inventory reports.Possess ability to understand company policy relating to Asset Management.Demonstrate professional communication abilities, including interacting effectively with high-profile clients.Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.The ability to communicate both verbally and in business writing effectivelyThe ability to take clear, accurate, and organized notesThe ability to sit or remain in a stationary position for a prolonged period at a time
