By focusing on continual improvement, our services remain at the forefront of our industry, and we pride ourselves on delivering our services with the highest degree of integrity.\n\nSierTeK Ltd. is seeking an Application Developer to support an opportunity remotely (part-time).\n\nEssential Job Functions\n\nAnalyze requirements, design, develop, test, and implement solutions for the CMCS system - DOD, US Air Force and government customers.\nProvide production support\nProvide system documentation\nProvide assistance to less experienced staff.\nBusiness challenges include development of new functionality as well as break-fix analysis and support.\nWork independently within a structured development lifecycle.\nUnderstand complex business requirements and interface well with other DOD and government systems.\n\nMinimal Position Requirements\n\nA strong knowledge of the Z/OS environment including TSO/ISPF\nKnowledge programming languages in order of importance\nFOCUS – This system is written primarily in Mainframe FOCUS\nJCL\nREXX\nCOBOL\nAssembler\nMS Office – including the following:\nOutlook\nTeams\nWord\nEXCEL\nPersonal Qualifications\nA strong customer focus.
