Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other brokers.\n\nWe're looking for a Security Analyst to join the Security Team.\n\nThis role sits within the analytics direction of our cross-functional Security team, focused on detection, monitoring, and incident response.\n\nIn this role, you'll work closely with infrastructure teams (Admins, NOC, OPS, Compliance), translating security signals into actionable findings and coordinating response across operating systems, infrastructure, and cloud environments.\nYou'll be responsible for security event monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement of detection and IR processes.\n\nWe work in Agile (2-week sprints, grooming, planning, retrospectives) and use Google Meet, Slack, TargetProcess, Wiki and Confluence for teamwork.\n\nWorking hours: business hours, with paid overtime in case of incidents.\n\nYou'll work with a modern stack and grow within the company — including cloud and hybrid infrastructure, and AI applied to real security work.\nTech Stack: Splunk, CheckPoint, Rapid, AWS, OpenStack, Gitlab, Kubernates, IaC, Python, Linux, Windows, MacOS.\nTasks\nEvent correlation rules development.\nIncident response playbooks development and automation.\nSecurity events analysis and monitoring.\nParticipating in and/or leading incident response processes.\nSearch, analysis, and coordination of vulnerability remediation.\nDetection rules operational checks via attack emulation.\nSecurity tools research and development.\nConducting periodic incident response exercises.\nParticipating in Compliance and Security Audits.\nDefining requirements for the secure configuration of operating systems, networks, and services in terms of information security incident processing.\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years of specialized experience as a Security Analyst, including L2 incident response responsibilities.\nAutomation skills (Python).\nExperience investigating incidents in distributed environments, including those affecting remote employees.\nExperience collecting and processing indicators of compromise from various systems.\nExperience writing correlation rules.\nExperience testing correlation searches via attack emulation.\nKnowledge of security mechanisms of modern operating systems.\nUnderstanding of network, infrastructure, web application, and cloud attack techniques.\nHands-on experience operating Splunk (or an any SIEM with willingness to ramp on Splunk quickly).\nExperience analyzing network traffic.\nExperience with MITRE ATT&CK.\nSoft skills to communicate effectively with other IT and Business teams.\nRussian C1 and English B1/B2 for internal and cross-team work.\nNice to have\nExperience in the Fintech industry.\nHands-on experience with EDR (SentinelOne preferred).\nExperience in vulnerability analysis.\nExperience using AI tooling for security tasks.\nExperience composing regular expressions.\nKnowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.\nExperience building or operating opensource analytical systems as supplementary data sources for investigations (ELK, Loki, Greenplum, ClickHouse, etc.).\nExperience going through compliance audits (PCI DSS, DORA, etc.).\nWe offer\nFull-time remote work model (service provider contract).\nCompetitive compensation (paid in EUR).\nFlexible working hours.\nAll necessary tools for comfortable and efficient work.\nCorporate training.\nCorporate AI subscriptions (Claude, Gemini, GPT, etc.).\nAccess to a rewards marketplace offering products and language courses, redeemable using the company’s internal currency.\nA friendly, supportive, and positive working environment where your data-driven decisions directly impact the product.\nWith a team of 500+ creative and tech-driven people across the globe, Quadcode is the place where ideas turn into impact, where every project is a chance to grow, innovate, and make your mark.\n\nJoin us today, and let's shape the future of fintech together!\n\nNote: All applications will be treated with strict confidence.
