Someone who knows which corners to cut and which t’s to cross.\n\nYou’re probably a good fit if some or all of these are true:\n\nYou like to move fast\n\nYou have strong opinions about software\n\nYou have deep technical expertise\n\nYou use AI tools conscientiously\n\nYou feel like your work reflects some part of who you are\n\nYou have startup experience\n\nA few things we DON’T care about:\n\nExperience with our tech stack (TypeScript, Tauri, React). We trust you can pick it up.\n\nExperience developing AI or ML products. We’re looking for strong software engineers.\n\nCompensation\n\nPay\n\nCompared to similar companies at our stage, we aim to pay roughly median salary and 90th percentile equity.\n\nWe give out more stock than other companies because we hire less, and each employee can make an unusually large impact.\n\nFor exceptional talent, we’re happy to pay exceptional amounts, in cash and especially equity.
