Job DescriptionMobile Staff Solutions is seeking a skilled Machine Operator in the Lakeland area!Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashionLoad and unload equipment and materialsProvide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiencyConduct routine preventive maintenance on the plantLog and record readings for equipment and proceduresQualifications:Previous experience setting up, troubleshooting and operating machinesPrevious experience feeding raw material into machinesQuality checking productKeeping record of production and materialsCalibrating, tooling changes, cleaning machinery, etc. Ability to read drawingsAbility to read tape measure and precision measuring tools.
