We’re looking for a Senior A&P Mechanic to help maintain the highest standards of aircraft safety and airworthiness. If you’re passionate about aviation maintenance and thrive in a safety-driven environment, we want you on our team. What You’ll Do: Perform and evaluate daily maintenance and inspections. Support field base maintenance while ensuring aircraft safety and security. Document and certify maintenance in compliance with FAA, manufacturer, and company standards. Communicate with Lead Mechanics and manage parts, tools, and inventory. What You Bring: FAA A&P Certificate. 2+ years of experience as a certified mechanic. Strong communication and basic computer skills. Sheet metal and/or avionics troubleshooting experience (for roving team roles). Willingness to travel and work nights as needed.
