With a state-of-the-art machining facility producing precision parts held to close tolerances, DeSHAZO has solidified its position as a dominant force in the Overhead Crane Industry.\r\nJob Summary\r\nThe Quality Control Supervisor will support the necessary processes and procedures that ensure all products meet customer and company, engineering and quality requirements. Plans and directs activities concerned with development, application of quality standards, inspection test plans for manufacturing processes, materials, products and assemblies. Schedule and manage QC inspectors engaged in measuring, inspecting, testing products.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\r\nInterface with Engineering and Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are in accordance with approved Engineering specifications.\r\nSupport the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the Engineering requirements and the quality standards.\r\nWork with Sales, Production Control and Engineering on customer required documentation packages and Inspection Test plans.\r\nCommunicate with Suppliers and Customers resolving quality issues or quality concerns.\r\nInvestigations of internal and external product discrepancies.\r\nWork with manufacturing to solve in-house quality concerns, reviews of Nonconforming product reports and recommends disposition.\r\nRoot cause analysis and implementation of correction action for process related concerns.\r\nOther duties as assigned by the QC Manager.\r\nMinimum Requirements\r\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
