The engineer will work on projects with a focus on delivering quality results, on-time and within budget.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDesign and develop control systems for industrial automation processes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure the control system meets those requirements.\nDevelop and maintain technical documentation for control systems.\nTroubleshoot technical issues with control systems and provide effective solutions.\nParticipate in the testing and commissioning of control systems at customer sites.\nProvide technical support for ongoing projects and customer service\nContinuously improve control system design and programming practices.\nRepresent the company in discussions with customers and industry experts.\n\nRequired Skills (Technical Competency):\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.\n1-3 years of experience in control system design and development.\nStrong understanding of control systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and industrial networking protocols.\nKnowledge of programming languages commonly used in control.\nsystems, such as ladder logic and/or functional block diagram.\nFamiliarity with electrical and control system design, including schematic capture and circuit design.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a global team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nQuest Global is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
