Works with other affiliates and external customers to provide network services and support. Creates and maintains the network service standards and maintenance protocols. Ensures projects and activities are delivered on schedule and adhere to established standards. Participates in establishing rates and budget; identifies cost savings and reduces expenditures Works with vendors and staff to develop procurement activities in support of technical initiatives and ensures vendors meet contractual requirements Assists with the development of RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
