The Maintenance Engineer will perform general maintenance of building and facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation for a world‑class property.\nKey Responsibilities Perform general maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.\nRepair and maintain HVAC equipment, painting, wall repair, tile work, and preventive maintenance program.\nConduct general electrical repairs on appliances, house wiring, air conditioning systems, switches, fixtures, and motors.\nRepair plumbing fixtures, piping, drains, and sanitary systems.\nRepair woodwork, wall vinyl, doors, windows, carpeting, etc.\nMaintain logs of completed tasks and prepare reports as requested.\nSubmit reports and logs promptly to supervisors.\nQualifications Experience in a maintenance role at a hotel or resort.\nKnowledge of household repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing).\nStrong attention to detail and an engaging, welcoming personality.\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.\nExcellent communication skills.\nAvailability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.\nPhysical ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, bend, push/pull and lift up to 50 lbs.\nCompensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $23.00 – $25.00 (actual package based on experience, certifications, and location).
