Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ASRC Federal Highland Technology is seeking a Associate Test Engineer to support a government customer located in Arlington, VA.Job ResponsibilitiesPerforming functional, regression, unit and system testingWorking with the team to identify test cases and plan the test effortWorking with the automation team to support test automationWriting reports documenting the test effort and resultsCommunicating with team members and other contractors to clarify requirements and test findingsAttending scrum and other development process meetings, asking questions and providing feedbackRequirementsBachelor’s degree plus three years of experienceAbility to understand and interpret requirements and translate them into test casesExperience performing functional, performance or automated testingUnderstanding of, and familiarity with, software QA practicesExperience in SQL with Oracle or SQL ServerAbility to work in a team environmentPreferred RequirementsExperience with backend ETL testingExperience with SOA testingExperience with both manual and automated testingWe invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
