Ensure that the Purchasing process is properly executed through supplier relationship life cycle.\nKEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :\n1) Definition of sourcing strategy and tactical management:\nContribute to sourcing strategy definition.\nDevelop expertise of the markets through portfolio segmentation & analysis of opportunities and threats in collaboration with the business entities and under guidance of the Category Manager: PSA (Purchasing Strategy Assessment), RMat wrap up ...\nEnsure markets business model analysis and inflation monitoring.\nDefine and challenge short and midlong term needs of the business entities.\nEvaluate/ anticipate risks (notably business continuity) and implement mitigation action plans if needed on its portfolio scope.\nRealize and update on regular basis portfolio analysis (incl. spend, suppliers, internal partner risk, SWOT, action plan ...)\nDefine supplier panel definition & supplier segmentation in collaboration with Category Manager and the business entities.\nDeploy, at the right level the defined sourcing strategy (corporate / regions or country)\n(2) Evaluation & selection of new suppliers:\nProspectively evaluate new suppliers in accordance with the Purchasing category strategy\nRealize Benchmark with other companies on the same scope of activities/ same markets.\nDefine negotiation strategy and objectives and lead negotiation process.\nMake tenders and negotiate: Request For Information, Request For Quotation, Request For Price (RFI, RFQ, RFP).\nEnsure relevance & accuracy RFI, RFQ, RFP documents and challenge internal partners if needed (Except RMAT)\nLead suppliers' evaluation & selection and select the most suitable suppliers in collaboration with the business entities.\nResponsible for the realization of the homologation process of new sourcing/suppliers for RMAT\n(3) Establish new contracts & amendments:\nLead negotiation and contracting with all internal& external stakeholders.\nNegotiate and have contracts/amendments signed with suppliers at the right level (Group or local) in collaboration with the Business entities, and in alignment with Purchasing category sourcing strategy.\nEnsure that the content of the contract is aligned with the results of the negotiation and that the right performance indicators are specified.\nEnsure that the elements of the contract can be implemented and monitored.\nContribute to the deployment of the contract in the Michelin entities, with the Contract Manager Business lead.\n(4) Animation of supplier relationship management to drive business performance.\nLead Supplier Relationship Management process as a KSM (Key Supplier Manager)\nAnimate introduction of innovative solutions in collaboration with suppliers and the business entities (IWS: Innovation with supplier)\nEvaluate and steer the performance of the supplier (Business review, Supply review, SRM review, …) and implement a progress plan.\nGuarantee the purchasing excellence of the interactions with the supplier (digitalization of invoices, data quality...)\nSupport claims (contractual disputes, non-conformities, problem of supply) with various stakeholders when needed.\nAddress CSR stakes /ambition on his/her portfolio.\n(5) Is accountable for the quality of the purchasing & procurement data.\nEXTERNAL CANDIDATE PROFILE\nBachelor's Degree specialized in Supply chain/ Logistics/ Science/ Finance or equivalent.\nMinimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.\nExperience in ERP (SAP) system will be an added advantage.\nFluency in English with excellent communication & negotiation skills.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint, Teams).\nMichelin is an equal employment opportunity employer of visible minorities, women, Indigenous persons and people with disabilities.
