POSITION DESCRIPTIONCompany: LiveTrends Design GroupPosition: ERP Production Analyst LeadReports to: General Manager - Mount Dora LocationSPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIESOwns and Executes ERP processes for Live Goods inventory managementMaintains ERP Live Goods data, from creation of Production Work orders to creating inventory for shipping fulfillmentResearch, investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies in SAPProcess inventory write ons / write offs, goods receipts, and goods issuesParticipate in Quarterly Cycle Counting of Live GoodsAssists Production team with maintaining accuracy of Assembled Goods Production Work Orders and helps process work orders into inventoryBOM (Bill of Materials) accuracy maintenanceResearch and investigate a variety of past due reports within SAPWorks with spreadsheets generated from SAP for Production and Net RequirementsRaw data collection and SAP entryAssists with Purchasing requests, GRPOs, GRTNs, and other SAP functionsWeekly and monthly executive reportsParticipates in Month End requirementsDocument and maintain standardized operating proceduresAssists in daily office functionsManage ERP Production AssistantSPECIFIC SKILLS & REQUIREMENTSRecent BA/BS or 5+ years experience in Inventory Control or Production Work Order maintenance in an ERP environmentAdvanced skills in Excel: this will be thoroughly tested regarding Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulasERP experience required, SAP is preferredStrong Inventory Control background preferredAbility to pay attention to the smallest detailsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work hard and under the pressure of deadlinesAbility to multi-task within all areas of Production and be comfortable in assisting Sales, Accounting, Purchasing and other business unitsHorticulture knowledge a plusBi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred but not requiredDesire for growth in a fast-paced organizationPI7d8f88647228-26289-40452093
