We are seeking a driven, consultative Executive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and maintaining strong client relationships across logistics and transportation industries. This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a collaborative and performance-based environment, understands the nuances of supply chain talent, and can operate as both a trusted advisor to clients and a strategic career partner to candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client ManagementDevelop new client relationships through proactive outreach, networking, and market mappingAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insight on market conditions, compensation, talent availability, and hiring strategyManage client relationships including intake calls, search strategy, feedback management, and offer negotiationMaintain a consistent business development cadence and pipelineCandidate SourcingLead searches from intake through placementSource and engage passive and active candidates using a variety of methods (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, databases)Conduct in-depth candidate interviews assessing skills, experience, motivators, and cultural alignmentPrepare candidates for interviews and manage client feedback throughout the processFacilitate offer presentation, negotiation, and closeMarket Expertise & AdvisoryBuild deep expertise within defined supply chain niches and functional verticalsStay informed on hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive intelligenceProvide consultative guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring processProcess & Performance ManagementMaintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking within the ATS/CRMMeet or exceed individual revenue, placement, and activity targetsEnsure a high level of professionalism, urgency, and follow-throughQualifications:Required QualificationsSales, account management, and client engagement within the logistics or adjacent industryStrong vetting, assessment, and closing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of organization, accountability, and time managementPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting mid-level to senior-level supply chain rolesDemonstrated success in a performance-driven or commission-based environmentEstablished network within supply chain, logistics, or transportation markets2+ years of full-desk / 360 recruiting experience (agency or search firm preferred)Key CompetenciesConsultative selling and relationship-buildingResilience, persistence, and comfort with ambiguityCollaborative and team orientedAbility to balance business development and recruiting executionEthical, service-oriented mindset
