Manage cross-project dependencies and mitigate technical risks, providing data-supported recommendations to senior leadership. Provide day-to-day supervisory leadership, encompassing hiring, career enablement, performance counseling, and staff development for technical personnel.What You'll Need Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (Required). 9+ years of experience within operational IT environments, specifically leading large-scale enterprise IT refresh and infrastructure projects. Active Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically high-level Excel for data tracking, and experience managing complex schedules.
