Provide technical consulting to customers.\r\nLead pre-sales architectural discussions and design workshops with customers and understand customers' technical requirements deeply.\r\nShare the voice of the customer to inform the roadmap of Gcore features.\r\nAct as a bridge between customers, service engineering teams, and support.\r\nWhat We Are Looking For: 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting (cloud infrastructure or related domains).\r\nExperience in coordinating cross-functional pre-sales or solution delivery projects.\r\nStrong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with public or private clouds: AIaaS, GPU, IaaS, Bare Metal, Networking, PaaS, VMware, OpenStack, etc.\r\nProficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), billing systems, and experience building repeatable internal processes.\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English.\r\nCustomer-first mindset with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.\r\nConfident public speaker and workshop facilitator with strong storytelling and presentation skills.\r\nAt Gcore, we want you to do your best work and enjoy the journey.
