This role will also assist with learning management system maintenance and record creation.What You'll Do:Manage job postings and advertisement processes.Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support the hiring process.Handle new hire onboarding and conduct orientations.Process payroll and maintain I-9 documentation and employee records.Provide customer service by responding to employee requests.Assist with training database and record maintenance.What You'll Need:Associate degree in human resources or 2 years of relevant experience.2+ years in recruitment, training, or HR support.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related software.Strong organizational and communication skills.Payroll experience is a must.
