This team is responsible for building and supporting advanced aseptic and finished product manufacturing environments designed with modern technology and long-term operational excellence in mind.\nThis is an opportunity to join a growing, highly collaborative environment where maintenance and utilities professionals play a critical role in ensuring reliable, compliant operations that ultimately support life‑saving therapies for patients worldwide.\nYou’ll work alongside cross‑functional teams across engineering, facilities, quality, and operations to help maintain and improve the performance of critical plant utilities and process systems.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing Support and improve facility and utilities maintenance programs including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance\nTroubleshoot and repair plant utilities and process equipment to ensure reliability and uptime\nPerform equipment inspections, site rounds, and documentation within CMMS/SAP systems\nParticipate in plant shutdown planning and execution activities\nSupport installation, commissioning, and qualification of new utilities and facility systems\nInterpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation\nPartner with operations and engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime\nLead or contribute to root cause analysis and systematic problem‑solving efforts\nAssist in developing maintenance procedures, spare parts strategies, and reliability plans\nMentor or support junior technicians as part of a collaborative maintenance team\nKey Systems & Equipment Exposure Plant utilities such as compressed air, steam, vacuum, chilled water, and process water systems\nRefrigeration and HVAC systems (ammonia experience is a strong plus)\nBMS / FMS / automated process equipment\nPurified water, RO pretreatment, and clean utilities environments\nIndustrial electrical, mechanical, and control systems\nWhat We’re Looking For Required Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent hands‑on experience\n4+ years of experience working with mechanical, electrical, and/or control systems\n(6+ years may substitute for degree)\nAbility to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation\nExperience working within CMMS or SAP maintenance systems\nStrong troubleshooting and data‑driven problem solving approach\nComfortable working in regulated or highly structured environments\nAbility to work rotating or off‑shift schedules as needed\nPreferred Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated manufacturing environments\nKnowledge of WFI, clean steam, or other clean utility systems\nExperience with ammonia refrigeration and advanced HVAC systems\nPrior experience leading or guiding other technicians\nWhy This Role Stands Out Work on modern, highly automated manufacturing and utilities systems\nBe part of a growing expansion initiative with long‑term investment\nStrong compensation, bonus potential, and industry‑leading benefits\nSignificant career growth and development opportunities\nExposure to advanced technology shaping the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing\nRotating or off‑shift support may be required\nHands‑on role supporting critical facility and utilities equipment\nWork includes equipment inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance in production environments\nInterested in learning more?
