Customer Support Analyst
Hansen Talent Group is hiring an IT Support Specialist to support a large organization in Columbia, SC. This role is hybrid, onsite 3 days/week.
This role provides technical and operational support for complex business applications and systems, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll work across multiple platforms and teams to troubleshoot issues, support system implementations, and deliver timely, effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do Respond to and resolve customer inquiries across multiple channels related to systems, applications, and services
Troubleshoot complex technical and operational issues and provide timely resolutions
Learn and support business applications, including how they integrate with other systems
Train on new applications and support upcoming system implementations
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutions
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Use multiple tools and systems to research and resolve user issues
Collaborate with teammates, technical staff, and leadership to support operations and deployments
Manage multiple priorities and requests while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
Ensure all customer issues are fully resolved and properly documented
What You'll Need Associate degree or equivalent experience
Experience in a customer support or call center environment
Experience supporting PC/software applications, client-server, or mainframe systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Customer-first mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement
