When you join an Aspen Dental practice, you’ll participate in an eight-week training program to succeed in your role.\r\nProvide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards\r\nWork collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care\r\nConsult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care\r\nUnder the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team\r\nReview data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice\r\nOversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments\r\nVerify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing\r\nAdditional tasks assigned by the Manager\r\nPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred\r\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds\r\nDemonstrate analytical thinking; place a premium on leveraging data\r\nOrganized and detail oriented\r\n*Aspen Dental-branded practices are independently owned and operated by licensed dentists.
