This position is pivotal in ensuring clients receive the legal assistance they need.**Key Responsibilities** Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking assistance with education law. Screen and assess client eligibility for legal services. Collect client information and prepare applications for attorney review. Schedule appointments, clarify documents, and respond to client inquiries. Maintain effective communication with clients and staff. Collaborate with attorneys and community partners in advocating for clients. Support research, case preparation, and record-keeping tasks.
