Hampton University’s Ronald McNair program will provide a cadre of twenty‑five program participants with a suite of academic year and summer research opportunities, free tutoring and Supplemental Instruction, peer mentoring, access to an annual graduate and professional schools tour, and ongoing faculty mentoring to improve retention, bachelor’s degree completion, graduate school enrollment, and postbaccalaureate degree conferral rates.\nCOMPENSATION: Commensurate with qualifications and experience; includes comprehensive fringe benefits package. This is a grant‑funded position.
