Report needs to the nursing supervisorPlace phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptionsPulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as requiredQualificationsMinimum 1 year experience requiredMust be licensed as an LPN/LVN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure
