or a related technical discipline\r\n7+ years of experience managing technical programs, engineering projects, or complex technology initiatives\r\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams in software, systems engineering, aerospace, defense, or related technical environments\r\nStrong understanding of systems engineering, software development lifecycles, technical integration, and program management methodologies\r\nExperience managing customer-facing technical programs with multiple stakeholders\r\nExcellent organizational, communication, presentation, and leadership skills\r\nDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in dynamic environments\r\nEligibility to obtain and maintain any required security clearances\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience supporting Department of Defense, U.S. Space Force, Intelligence Community, NASA, or other national security customers\r\nFamiliarity with Space Domain Awareness (SDA), Space Situational Awareness (SSA), radar systems, sensor networks, space operations, or command-and-control systems\r\nExperience managing software-intensive, data-intensive, or mission systems programs\r\nProject Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification\r\nExperience with cloud-based architectures, data platforms, and modern software delivery practices\r\nActive U.S. security clearance\r\nMaster's degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline\r\nContingency Statement\r\nThis
