Role descriptionJob Title: Automation Test EngineerWork Location: Milwaukee, WI (Onsite) Job SummarySeeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Java Test Automation focused on Playwright API Microservices Rest Assured Testing and Cloud Application Testing to develop and maintain scalable automated test solutions Job Description Design develop and maintain end-to-end automated test scripts using Playwright with Java and Selenium, and Java frameworks Implement API and microservices testing using Rest Assured to ensure comprehensive coverage of backend services Perform cloud application testing to validate deployment and functionality in cloud environments Utilize HTTP client tools for efficient testing of web services Conduct SQL and database testing to verify data integrity and consistency across applications Leverage WinApp Driver and Appium Java for testing desktop and mobile applications respectively Apply Behavior Driven Development BDD methodologies to enhance collaboration and test clarity Use testing frameworks such as JUnit Katalon Java and LeanFT to build reusable and maintainable automation frameworks Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines ensuring continuous quality delivery Roles and Responsibilities Develop and execute automated test scenarios test cases and scripts to ensure high quality software delivery Identify and prioritize test scenarios suitable for automation to continuously improve test coverage Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and work closely with development product and DevOps teams Draft and review system requirement documents and interface agreements with other applications Perform complex database testing using SQL queries and procedures Manage risk and scope changes by devising mitigation plans to minimize impacts on project schedules Engage in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to align automation strategies and efforts Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment processes using tools like Maven GitLab and Jenkins Maintain effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate efficiently within cross functional teams Other detailsActual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
