Physical Therapist

In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, and deliver hands-on therapy to restore function, mobility, and independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered rehab care. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, family education, timely documentation, and participation in care conferences.
