Requirements Minimum 2 years at an upscale or high-volume casual restaurant Warm, friendly, team player and an excellent communicator Able to work quickly and adapt on the go Strong food & beverage knowledge Passionate about providing guests with high-quality service Spanish speaking a plus Able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and have the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs About the job Summary of Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Provide a friendly and caring experience for every guest that comes into the restaurant Anticipate guest needs and maintain positive guest relations at all times Take food and beverage orders from guests Make menu and drink recommendations to guests Ensure that all orders are accurate and brought to each table in a timely manner Complete opening and closing duties thoroughly and efficiently Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned station and service areas About the Company Casa Carmen is the new venture of a Mexican family lead by renown chef Carmen Titita Ramirez Degollado and her grandsons.
