Porter

Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Porter / Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of residential communities. This role plays a key part in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. Key Responsibilities:Maintain cleanliness of common areas including walkways, stairwells, parking lots, and laundry roomsPick up trash and debris throughout the property on a daily basisAssist with light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and reporting larger issuesClean and prepare vacant units as needed (trash-outs)Support maintenance team with basic duties and work ordersEnsure proper disposal of waste and recycling materialsMonitor property grounds for safety hazards and report concerns promptly Qualifications:Previous porter, janitorial, or groundskeeping experience preferredAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong attention to detail and work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shiftReliable transportation and consistent attendance required
