This role is located in Mount Pleasant, TX 75455\r\nOverview The Enterprise Applications Administrator is responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the organization's enterprise business applications, with primary responsibility for the Epicor Kinetic ERP platform. This role serves as the technical and functional system administrator, ensuring applications remain secure, reliable, well-configured, and aligned with business operations.\r\nWorking closely with the Business Applications Manager, business stakeholders, IT Service Delivery, and implementation partners, this position supports application configuration, security, reporting, testing, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing system optimization. The Enterprise Applications Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining operational stability while enabling continuous improvement across the organization.\r\nResponsibilities Application Administration Administer and maintain Epicor Kinetic and other enterprise business applications.\r\nConfigure application settings, workflows, security, and system options to support business operations.\r\nManage user accounts, security roles, permissions, and access requests.\r\nMonitor application performance, system health, and operational reliability.\r\nERP Configuration & Support Configure and maintain BAQs, dashboards, reports, forms, BPMs, and application customizations.\r\nTroubleshoot complex application issues and coordinate resolution with vendors and implementation partners when necessary.\r\nSupport month-end, year-end, and other critical business processing activities.\r\nSystem Enhancements & Change Management Evaluate, test, and implement application enhancements, patches, upgrades, and new functionality.\r\nParticipate in application projects, deployments, and future system implementations.\r\nDevelop testing plans, validate system changes, and coordinate user acceptance testing.\r\nData & Reporting Support enterprise reporting through BAQs, dashboards, and reporting tools.\r\nAssist with data validation, imports, exports, and data quality initiatives.\r\nCollaborate with reporting and analytics teams to ensure accurate and reliable business data.\r\nDocumentation & Governance Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration records, and administrative procedures.\r\nEstablish and maintain application standards, governance practices, and change documentation.\r\nEnsure compliance with security, audit, and operational requirements.\r\nCross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the Applications Support Specialist to resolve escalated application issues.\r\nWork closely with business departments to understand operational needs and identify opportunities for system improvements.\r\nCoordinate with Infrastructure Operations, vendors, and implementation partners to support enterprise applications.\r\nAssist with user training and knowledge transfer for new functionality and system enhancements.\r\nQualifications Three or more years of experience administering ERP or enterprise business applications.\r\nExperience configuring, supporting, and maintaining enterprise application platforms.\r\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\r\nExperience managing application security, user access, and system configuration.\r\nAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.\r\nExperience administering Epicor Kinetic or a comparable ERP platform.\r\nExperience with BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, reporting, and ERP customization.\r\nKnowledge of SQL, relational databases, reporting tools, and data management.\r\nExperience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, and change management.\r\nManufacturing industry experience.\r\nFamiliarity with software testing, system integrations, and IT governance practices.\r\nBenefits Medical\r\nVision\r\nLong and Short Term Disability\r\nEmployer Paid 25K Life Insurance\r\nOther Supplemental Policies\r\nPhysical Wellness Program\r\nPaid Maternal/Paternal Leave\r\nTuition Reimbursement Program\r\n401(k) & Company Match\r\nWe encourage and welcome applicants with any and all backgrounds, experiences, abilities, and competencies.
