This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior estimating role where field experience, constructability, and engineering judgment matter just as much as numbers. You'll be working on some of the most technically challenging bridge, tunnel, marine, and underground projects in the US. This role is ideal for a "builder who estimates" - someone who understands how projects are actually built and can translate that knowledge into winning bids for major design-build and alternative delivery projects. You'll be leading estimates on mega-projects including: Large-scale rail bridges & passenger rail expansionsHighway widening & complex interchange upgradesMarine structures, dam works & underwater constructionUnderground tunneling & deep civil infrastructure The current and future pipeline includes multi-billion-dollar design-build pursuits across Virginia, DC, and the surrounding region.
