{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"5e518ad5ebf2ebd482ce158f","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5e518ad5ebf2ebd482ce158f","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/5e518ad5ebf2ebd482ce158f","title":"Electrical Assembler","description":"Electrical Assembler\nGreat Opportunity to join a growing and innovating company!\nAssemble all electrical components as needed.\nKEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\n* Perform manual processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand, electric and pneumatic tooling.\n* Reports defective material or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.\n* Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.\n* Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedule with minimum supervision\n* Other duties as directed by supervisor.\nJOB SKILLS\n* Ability to establish methods and procedures\n* Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools, interpretation of visual aids and ability to perform simple shop math.\n* Good command of the English language, both written and verbal is required.\n* Competency in reading and interpreting engineered drawings, schematics or other technical documents.\nEDUCATION & TRAINING\n* High school diploma\nMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:\n* Minimum three months of related factory experience for Level 1 position.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:\n* Work performed in a shop environment;\n* Exposed to any number of elements but with none present to the extent of being disagreeable;\n* May work at different workstations as production needs require, or shifts from one station to another, during the assembly process;\n* Physical effort equal to frequent moving of up to 50lbs materials;\n* Regularly required to sit or stand, bend and reach;\n* The use of Safety Glasses is required;\n* The use of earplugs is recommended;\n* Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day (with a lunch in between) and up to 6 days a week;\n* Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.\n* Steel-toe boots required in Manufacturing Facility\nSpecific Duties are Assigned According to Skill Level Demonstrated as follows:\nElectrical Assembler 1\n* Be able to perform conduit wiring\n* Piping and support fabrication\n* Pull wiring\n* Ability identify and install basic electrical commodity components\nElectrical Assembler 2\n* All of the requirements of Level 1, plus:\no LV wiring + termination\no MV wiring + termination\n* 2-5 years of demonstrated electrical assembly experience\n* Ability to work autonomously or with limited supervision\nElectrical Assembler 3\n* All of the requirements of Level 1 & 2, plus:\no Control wiring and MCC wiring\n* 5+ years of demonstrated electrical assembly experience\nSend your email to Maryam.Hamilton@kodiakls.com\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $19.00 -
