This role troubleshoots system issues, develops and implements solutions, supports integrations, and partners with business stakeholders to ensure technology effectively supports warehouse operations.\r\nEssential Functions\r\nOwn daily WMS system operations (TECSYS), monitoring, and issue resolution\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues (data, configuration, integrations)\r\nSupport warehouse operations with real-time problem solving\r\nDesign, build, and maintain low-code configurations and extensions\r\nDevelop solutions using SQL, system configuration, and platform tools\r\nImplement enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and usability\r\nManage and troubleshoot integrations between WMS (TECSYS), ERP (Eclipse), and other systems\r\nInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies and transaction failures\r\nExecute safe and controlled data corrections when required\r\nLead WMS enhancements, upgrades, and releases\r\nConduct fit-gap analysis and solution design\r\nIdentify and execute automation and optimization opportunities\r\nPartner with warehouse leadership to understand operational needs\r\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences\r\nRequired Qualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.\r\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in low-code development.\r\nStrong understanding of business processes and operations, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.\r\nProficient in reading/troubleshooting programming languages and databases, with particular emphasis on low-code/no-code environments.\r\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and ownership mindset.\r\nProactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.\r\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\r\nPreferred Qualifications\r\nExperience with TECSYS, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Korber, or similar.\r\nExperience integrating WMS with ERP (Epicor Eclipse preferred).\r\nFamiliarity with warehouse operations (receiving, picking, shipping), RF devices, label printing, or automation systems.\r\nKnowledge of integration techniques and tools for connecting systems with other applications.\r\nCompany Overview\r\nFounded in 1948, Werner Electric Supply has grown from a small appliance store in downtown Neenah, WI into an award-winning employer and leading electrical distributor with 12 branch locations in Wisconsin and Upper-Michigan.
