Manager - Restaurant
We are seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant in Laguna Beach.
The right leader understands how a room feels, how service flows, how music and lighting affect energy, and how standards are upheld without ego.
This role requires someone polished, calm under pressure, trend-aware, financially literate, and obsessed with details.
What You’ll Own
Daily operations and floor leadership
Pre-shift and service choreography
Labor management and scheduling
PRIME cost control
Team accountability and performance coaching
Guest recovery and hospitality standards
Maintaining brand tone, energy, and aesthetic
Who You Are
5+ years in elevated, high-volume dining
Strong with numbers, understands P&L, margin, labor math
Calm authority, not loud leadership
Detail-oriented and standards-driven
Understands hospitality as experience, not transaction
Weekend and evening availability required

Base: $70K
Bonus: Quarterly performance-based
