Weekends and holidays as needed.\n\nWhat you will bring to our team:\nThe right person for this position will possess a participatory leadership style and support individual program plans. They may have experience with the development of service outcomes and supervising staff. They must have the ability to ability to acquire understanding of all applicable Department of Human Services and/or Department of Health rules and regulations and company policies.\nMust meet the qualification of a Designated Coordinator which include any of the following:\nA bachelor's degree in a field related to human services and 1 year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals age 65 or older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.\nAn associate degree in a field related to human services, and 2 years full-time work experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.\nA diploma in a field related to human services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three (3) years full-time work experience providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities or individuals age 65 and older, or equivalent work experience providing care or education to vulnerable adults or children.\nA minimum of 50 hours of education and training related to human services and disabilities and four (4) years full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or individuals age 65 and older under the supervision of a staff person who meets the qualifications identified in the one of the bullet points listed above.\n\nMust also be able to meet the following qualifications:\nValid driver’s license and meet qualifiers to be insured by EON, Inc.’s vehicle insurance provider.\nMust not be disqualified by appropriate criminal background studies.\nComplete all orientation and training needs as written in policy.\nMeet the physical requirements as outlined in this position description.\nPossess good oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.\nAble to read and write in English.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.\nA Community Support Supervisor is responsible for overseeing assigned location(s).
