This role builds performance measurement frameworks, creates executive dashboards with Databricks/Tableau, and provides technical support for data analysis and visualization.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nBuild performance measurement frameworks.\nCreate executive dashboards with Databricks/Tableau.\nProvide technical support for data analysis and visualization.\nSupport organizational performance measurement practices.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards/visualizations using Tableau.\nApply data analysis/modeling methodologies.\nSupport Qualtrics Surveys.\nDocument all processes, methodologies, and solutions to enable knowledge transfer.\nEnsure all deliverables meet Section 508 accessibility standards.\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.\nExperience building performance measurement frameworks.\nExperience creating executive dashboards with Databricks/Tableau.\nExperience with data analysis/modeling methodologies.\nExperience with Qualtrics Surveys.\nActive HSPD-12 clearance or favorable determination by contract award.\n\nPreferred:\n\nExperience with GSA data systems.\nTableau certification.\nDatabricks certification.\nExperience with federal data governance frameworks.\n\nSchedule & Work Conditions:\n\nCore Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.\nWork Location: Primarily remote; occasional in-person meetings at GSA Headquarters (Theodore Roosevelt Building, 1900 E Street NW, Washington, DC) as requested by the COR.\nTravel: Local travel within 50 miles of GSA sites in the Washington, DC metropolitan area is not reimbursable. No other travel is expected.\nTelework: Ad hoc or situational telework is authorized with prior approval from the Task Order Contracting Officer.
