Procurement ClerkWe have a contract role for Procurement Clerk for our client at Abbott Park, IL. The project duration is 6+ months with a pay rate of $19/hr on W2.Location: Abbott Park, IL - 60064DescriptionThe Procurement Clerk supports the procurement team through reporting, data analysis, contract review, and administrative coordination. This role requires strong Excel skills to compile, analyze, and present procurement data, as well as proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint to create clear documentation and presentations. Key responsibilities include preparing regular reports, maintaining accurate records, and capturing detailed meeting notes to support team initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical thinking, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. A personable approach and strong interpersonal skills are essential to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationships.Main ResponsibilitiesHelping to review and redline contractsSupporting with analyzing and reporting our group's KPIsSkills1 year experience in ProcurementUnderstanding of invoices, purchase orders, and payment processesStrong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsFamiliarity with SAP Ariba (a plus), Service Now (helpful), and other SAP systemsKPI tracking with ExcelBusiness user assistance through helpdesk activitiesPrioritizes tasks and meets deadlinesExcellent oral and written skills requiredStrong collaborative, project leadership, research, publication/scientific writing skillsProven ability to work independently, self-starter, collaborator with colleaguesEducationBachelor's degree in any field.Additional100% onsite.
