performance, debug bottlenecks, and optimize database queries and backend workflows.\nTesting & Version Control: Write unit tests, perform integration testing, and maintain code versioning through Git.\nCollaboration: Partner with cross-functional product, architecture, and engineering teams to turn feature requirements into technical solutions.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a Tier-1 / Premium Institute.\nCore Python Expertise: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated experience in software development with Python (deep understanding of data structures, OOPs, asynchronous programming, modules, and packaging).\nDatabase Experience:\nStrong hands-on experience interfacing Python with databases using ORMs (e.g., SQLAlchemy, Django ORM) or native drivers.\nPractical knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis), including writing complex SQL queries and indexing.\nBackend / Web Frameworks: Proficiency with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.\nSoftware Engineering Fundamentals: Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design basics.\nDevelopment Tools: Proficient with Git, Linux environments, Docker, and RESTful API integration.\nPreferred /
