Counter Sales Associate Our key to serving the community begins with our Counter Sales Associates by showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn. We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING – · Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs · Helping team members when working with customers · Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems · Learning about the always changing world of automotive · Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery · Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct WHAT YOU’LL NEED – · Knowledge of heavy duty preferred but not required** · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Willingness to learn and grow · Positive attitude and professional conduct · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment · Ability to work weekends (with 2 consecutive days off otherwise) · Must be 18 years or older · Parts experience preferred WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU – · $20-$25/hr, depending on experience · Health, Dental, and vision insurance · 401k · Belonging to a family and awesome brand · Stable company.
