The ideal candidate will:\n\nLove working and playing with children.\n\nBe kind, patient, and adaptable in a variety of situations.\nCommunicate well and thrive in a team environment.\nShow responsibility and dependability in every aspect of their work.\nBe open to feedback and excited to grow professionally.\nMust have availability between 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (with one Saturday per month) for full-time position. Part-time positions available.\nBe comfortable potentially working in-home and community settings.\nBe comfortable working with technology, such as Google Workspace.\nBe able to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play and movement.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\n\nHigh School Diploma (or equivalent).\nAbility to pass a background check and TB test.\nValid driver’s license or state ID.\nMust have reliable transportation to support timely arrival to scheduled client sessions, including travel between clinic and community locations as required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nCPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).\nExperience working with children, particularly in applied behavior analysis (ABA) or within the education field.\nRBT certification or coursework in psychology, education, or a related field.\n\nOur Promise\n\nAt ABA Pathways, we welcome and celebrate diverse perspectives.
