In addition to competitive pay and benefits, we offer an annual performance-based incentive that rewards eligible employees for their contributions to our success.Purpose: This position is responsible for translating market requirements into product requirements. Leads the transformation of product concepts into actionable products/services, timelines and projects. They map existing capabilities and resources in order to execute on product/service additions, modifications, extensions or eliminations. They manage products/services through all aspects of the product life cycle ensuring continuous improvement in product offerings that help customer achieve their desired outcomes. Act as product subject matter expert.Accountabilities:Manage product/service additions, modifications, extensions or eliminationsTranslate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypesMap existing capabilities and resources to product requirementsDetermine business tradeoffs and explain why in terms that stakeholders understandComplete product risk assessmentsDefine feature and functionality for products/servicesDevelop product requirementsAlign stakeholders on objectivesApprove statement of work documentsProvide cross-functional leadership to bring products/services to marketMaintain product roadmapIllustrate the key phases of deliverables for product/servicesMonitor product milestonesNegotiate priorities on roadmap with stakeholdersLead innovation of product/service within existing environmentsBalance the needs of customers and stakeholders with tradeoffs, timeline and expenseScope and prioritize activities based on customer and business impactAnalyze competitive market and conditionsMonitor and maintain a close understanding of the competitive market and alternative offeringsAssess competitor strengths and weaknessDevelop a plan for winning against the competitionManage product life cycleMonitor product/service key performance indicatorsUse data and evidence to drive decisionsEvaluate promotional plans and product documents/content to ensure they are consistent with product strategy and positioningSupport product/service portfolio reviews, working with Product StrategistAct as product evangelist to build awareness and understanding with stakeholdersOtherContribute to development of annual operating plans through product/service assumptions, anticipated results, changes to offerings, and regulatory impactsWork with Product Analyst on pricing executionQualifications:Bachelor's degree requiredA minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience using direct customer interactions and data analytics to build successful market solutionsAbility to collaborate with multiple functional teams to design customer solutionsDemonstrated ability to make decisions with ambiguous and incomplete informationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Master's or Specified Advanced DegreeExperience working in financial services or healthcareExperience working in wealth management or on business banking solutionsUnderstanding of how to navigate organizationally in order to manage and execute on product/service objectivesCreativity to solve problems in unique waysWe're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
