As an Electrical Systems Engineer , you will serve as the technical lead and responsible product engineer missile electronics, working in a world class Integrated Product Development environment.\nKey Activities You Will Accomplish In This Role Lead an interdisciplinary technical team in the development and production of electronics circuit card assemblies, units, and related test equipment.\nReview engineering designs, test plans, and associated manufacturing and test procedures.\nWork on a cross‑functional team in the development and integration of world‑class avionics systems.\nResolve test anomalies and troubleshooting, and generation, review and presentation of Product Certification, and also support system level testing.\nWe Are Looking For Experience supporting the technical evaluation of design and requirements verification.\nExperience in different phases of aerospace hardware development cycle.\nExperience interacting with peers, management and government customers.\nExperience in presentations and in written communication skills.\nMissile design experience.\nTypical Mins For This Role 5+ years of professional experience for this role.\nCurrent DoD Interim Secret clearance or greater, thus you are a US Citizen.\nDesired Skills Experience in overseeing the production and test of electronics assemblies.\nExperience on Space and/or Missile Defense Missions.\nExperience in product team leadership.\nDemonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, management, subcontractors and customers.\nDemonstrated ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, collaborative team environment and to build consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members.\nDemonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.\nAdaptable to new situations and demonstrate self‑initiative in solving complex problems.\nAble to work effectively in a diverse team environment.\nExisting DoD Secret clearance.\nOther Important Information By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
