Position: Inside Sales RepresentativeDuration: Permanent Full Time Compensation: Salary + Commission (OTE: 65 -100K+)Timeline: June Onboarding Hours: Memphis, TN (on‑site) / M–F, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PMBenefits: Yes The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in supporting US expansion by managing inbound leads, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven and strong in communication, with an interest in industrial or technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify viable opportunities and move them through the funnelIntroduce service/product capabilities and solutions clearly and professionallyAnalyze customer need thoroughly to ensure scope is sufficiently vetted to customer expectationsBuild customer quotesUnderstand competitive landscape and how to position our offerings accordinglyEnter and manage leads in CRM system (HubSpot/APplus)Collaborate with Germany-based BD team on pipeline handoffNurture prospects through follow-up and consistent communicationRepresent the company’s industrial solutions clearly and professionallyMust Haves:• 5-7+ years of inside sales experience• Strong communication and follow‑up skills• CRM experience (lead entry, tracking, nurturing)• Highly organized; able to manage multiple leads simultaneously• Ability to connect with customers – personable, customer-mindset•Ability to deeply understand a customer’s business needs, and convey the value that can be offered to them through our solutions• Ability to work independently• Comfortable in startup or expansion environmentsPlusses:• Experience in start-up or greenfield environment• Exposure to manufacturing sales (STRONG PLUS)• Experience working alongside marketing or demand‑gen teams• Exposure to global organizations or cross‑border collaboration
